Membership Fees

Fees is collected for lifetime Membership and is non-refundable, except as provided in this policy.

Refund Eligibility

A refund of membership fees may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Ineligibility for Membership :* If an applicant on registration does not meet the eligibility criterion of IASM Membership, Payment received will be refunded.
• Duplicate Payment:* If a duplicate payment is made for the same membership, a refund for the duplicate amount will be provided.
• Error in Processing:* If an error occurs during the payment process resulting in an incorrect charge, the organization will rectify the error and issue a refund if necessary.
• Early Termination by IASM:* If IASM terminates a membership without cause within the first 30 days of membership, a prorated refund may be issued.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Provide Information:* Include your full name, membership ID, date of transaction, and the reason for your refund request.
• Review Process:* Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days.

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as follows:

• Payment Method:* Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
• Time Frame:* Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Membership fees will not be refunded in the following situations:

• Voluntary Cancellation:* If a member voluntarily cancels their membership after the initial 30-day period, no refund will be issued.
• Violation of Terms:* If a member's membership is terminated due to a violation of IASM's terms and conditions, no refund will be issued.
• Partial Use:* If a member has utilized any benefits of the membership, no partial refund will be issued for the remaining duration of the membership period.

Changes to This Policy

IASM reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
