It is my fervent wish that sports medicine and allied sports sciences take a quantum leap under the umbrella of IASM.

Sports medicine and Sciences have attained enormous importance and gaining due recognition from all stakeholders of sports in our country. The Indian Government’s new initiatives such as the “Khelo India” and “Fit India” schemes, successful league systems in various sports, the increasing success of our athletes at the international stage and public awareness about the benefits of regular exercise all augur well for further growth and development of this field.

I am sure IASM will have a huge contribution to this positive scenario and make our Indian tricolor fly high in the world of sports.
